Coeliacs

The Hotel Village Eden offers a gluten-free full board and restaurant service for its guests, with special attention paid to selecting high-quality, certified products.   Having attentive staff, and family members who are coeliacs, helps us to understand the requirements of people who are gluten-intolerant or who have allergies, so that you can feel relaxed and at ease.

Beach services

Every accommodation type, both hotel and village residence, will be assigned a numbered beach umbrella with two deck chairs.

Distribution of beach umbrellas will be done on a replacement basis and therefore it is not possible to know in advance either the number will be available at your arrival, or the row in which it will be located.

However, when booking please specify any particular requirements, and we will try to take these into account as far as possible.

Sun loungers are available at an additional charge and it is not possible to exchange them for the deck chairs which are included with your stay.

Services included in the “Comfort Package”

– Bed linen and towels on arrival.
– A midweek change of towels along with cleaning service.
– For stays of at least 2 weeks, a weekly change of bedlinen and towels plus cleaning service.
– End of stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen), air conditioning, hairdryer, satellite TV, car parking space.
– Private beach with beach umbrella and two deck chairs per apartment, a half hour of canoeing per person per day.
– One hour of free pedalo use per accommodation per week.
– Scheduled shuttle service for the pool, the panoramic apartments at 70-150m from the beach, the panoramic villas at 70m and the pool-view apartments in a separate complex.

Services included in the “Basic Package”

– On arrival you will be given your bed linen and towels which will be changed weekly for a stay of 2 or more weeks (no cleaning service)
– End of stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen), air conditioning, hairdryer, satellite TV, car parking space.
– Private beach with beach umbrella and two deck chairs per apartment, a half hour of canoeing per person per day.
– Scheduled shuttle service for the pool, the eco-houses and the separate apartment complex.

Mobile Phones

In the seaside area of the Village and on the beach only VODAFONE has good reception. In the separate accommodation complex and the external villas there is good reception for all main operators.

Internet

In the resort there is a FREE WIFI network which covers the beach, the seaside area and our separate complex.

There is also a coin operated internet access point in reception.

Animals

Small animals are permitted only for self catering guests (but are not allowed in enclosed public areas).  They must be mentioned at the time of booking and are subject to a final cleaning charge of €50.  Animals are not allowed within the hotel rooms.

General conditions for your stay

A cash deposit of €100 will be requested on arrival which will be returned to you on check-out.  Access to the Village is restricted to registered guests.  The costs are inclusive of VAT, of usage of water, light and gas but not of the holiday tax which is charged at €0.75 per person (excluding children under 14).

Extra Charges

You will be given an Eden Card and any extra charges will be debited from this.

There are many services and activities which can be used for free during your stay:

Arrival and departure times

Arrivals are between 5pm and midnight. Departure is by 10am.

Cancellation policy

It is possible to cancel your booking in writing (fax, email or post) with the following conditions for reimbursements:

– 90% of the deposit back if cancelled 30 or more days before the arrival date;
– 50% of the deposit back if cancelled 15 to 29 days before the arrival date;
No deposit back if cancelled 14 or less days before the arrival date;
Non-refundable special offer bookings do not include any refund;
– Late arrival or early departures do not entitle to you to a refund

To confirm your booking

Once you have chosen your ideal stay and checked availability,  your booking must be confirmed by a 30% deposit paid within 3 days.  The balance is payable on arrival. Special offer bookings are non-refundable which includes the amount paid in advance as a deposit.
