THE APARTMENTS
The apartments are well-furnished, both on the beach (about 40 m) or on the hill about 250 m far from the sea (Dependance). Besides are available Panoramic Villas 50/150 m far from the sea and external detached-houses (Villini) from 1 to 2 km with all facilities offered by the resort.

All the apartments are in masonry with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, they have all living room with kitchenette (dish, refrigerator with freezer, no linen), bathroom with shower and hair dryer, Sat TV, telephone (only ap. on the beach), ceiling fans and separate veranda.

2 ROOMED 2/4 beds apartment: 1 bedroom + 1/2 beds in kitchenette/living-room.
3 ROOMED 4/6 beds apartment: 2 bedrooms + 2 beds in kitchenette/living-room.
4 ROOMED 6/7 beds apartment: 3 bedrooms + 1/2 beds in kitchenette/living-room.

PANORAMIC APARTMENTS ON THE BEACH: 1 or 2 bedrooms, living-room/kitchen with 1/2 beds, air conditioning included, and veranda sea view.

PANORAMIC VILLAS 70/150 m far from the sea (on hill): 1 or 2 bedrooms, large living-room/kitchen with 2 beds, air conditioning included, car park and veranda sea view.

EXTERNAL VILLINI (detached-houses from 1 to 2 km far from the village): 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, large living-room/kitchen with 2 beds, air conditioning included, garden, car park and veranda sea view.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Beginning of stay at 5 p.m. (max within midnight), end of stay at 10 a.m.. Compulsory Caution Money refundable at end of stay 100 €. The rates include taxes, water, electric current and gas.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The booking's cancellation must be made in writing (fax, mail or e-mail) with the following refund terms:
- 90% of the deposit at least 30 days before the start of stay.
- 50% of the deposit from 29 to 15 days before the start of stay.
- No refund of deposit is possible for cancellations less than 14 days from the date of arrival.
Any reduction of the stay will be considered as a cancellation.
