THE VILLAGE
Open from April until October, the
Hotel Village Eden is located in the splendid bay of Capo
Vaticano (Grotticelle Beach), only 15 minutes from Tropea
center. It is surrounded by nature and composed of residential
Apartments and Hotel Rooms about 40
m far from the beach and Apartments on the hill about
250 m far from the sea (Dependance).
Possibility of Panoramic Villas and
Apartments at 50-150 m and at 1-2 km (Villini)
far from the sea with air conditioning included, verandas
sea view and all facilities offered by the village.

RESERVATION
Reservations are confirmed by sending
30% of the total holiday cost
as Deposit within 3 days. The
change must be paid on arrival.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Beginning of stay at 5
p.m. (max within midnight), end of stay at 10
a.m.. Compulsory Caution Money
refundable at end of stay 100 €.
The rates include taxes, water, electric current and gas.
CANCELLATION
POLICY
The booking's cancellation must be made in writing (fax,
mail or e-mail) with the following refund terms:
- 90% of the deposit at least 30 days before the start of
stay.
- 50% of the deposit from 29 to 15 days before the start
of stay.
- No refund of deposit is possible for cancellations less
than 14 days from the date of arrival.
Any reduction of the stay will be considered as a cancellation.

EXTRA CHARGE
Restaurant-pizzeria, bar, market,
internet point, launderette 4 €, extra sun-umbrella

€ per day, car and scooter rental, cycling-boats, boats,
table-tennis, mini-cruise to Eolie
Islands with departure from the hotel's beach and
various excursions trip.

Pizzo Calabro exit, to continue for coast road
Pizzo - Tropea - Ricadi/Capo Vaticano.
FROM NORTH/SOUTH: Salerno-Reggio Calabria motorway
(A3), S. Onofrio/Vibo
Valentia exit, to continue for Vibo Valentia -
Mesiano - Spilinga - Ricadi/Capo Vaticano.
FROM SOUTH: Salerno-Reggio Calabria motorway (A3),
Rosarno exit, to continue for Rosarno - Nicoterna
- Joppolo - Coccorino - Ricadi/Capo Vaticano.
BY TRAIN:
get off at Ricadi (2 km), Tropea station (12 km)
or Vibo-Pizzo station (35 Km).
BY AIR:
you have to arrive in Lamezia
Terme airport (65 km) or Reggio Calabria airport
(110 Km).
